3D Simulations provides training in 3D Printing for Defense Contractors, government agencies, the military and Veterans. We have trained members of all branches of the military under a 3 year contract with Special Operations Command. This contract took us all over the world; from Kuwait to Hawaii and Pensacola to Pendleton. A one week program of instruction can replace 6 months of trial and error. It will also save a significant amount of labor and material costs that would have otherwise been spent during that trial and error period. Thank you for your interest!
During the week long training, students will learn all aspects of a start-to-finish 3D Printing project that culminates in a student printing a design of their own creation.
Topics include:
Solidworks Methods of 3D Printing Generating G-Code Simplify 3D Software Resin 3D Printing Failure analysis 3D Scanning capabilities Applications in 3D Printing Modifying CAD models Optimizing Print outputs Machine repair and troubleshooting Creating .stl files Material selection Post processing
We currently have thirty (30) 3D printers on site at our facility running around the clock for production work. The students will actually use these production printers in their training.
