3D Simulations provides 3D Printing in a wide variety of plastics tailored to meet
strict specifications as required by the Defense and Aerospace industry. We provide professional 3D printing and modeling using the
newest available machines and technology to achieve high tolerance
parts. Our machines can 3D print with layers less than half as thick as a
sheet of paper. If that high of a resolution is still too rough for
your application, our advanced post processing methods will create a
smooth exterior surface. From Rapid Prototyping to the full production
of functional parts, 3D Simulations stands ready to meet your needs.
Some of Lockheed Martin's F-35 parts (We delivered over 4000 individual prints to date).
We 3D printed the red satellite electronics box in the middle for Orion Technologies. The other two are machined aluminum cases.
This is a full production run of small electronics cases completed in 2 days.
After printing Cubic's simulated Javelin Missile Launcher grip, we laser etched the lettering. The PM said the grips we made were better than the real thing!
We laser etched and filled the lettering after 3D printing this simulator flight bezel. Wire traces on the back side of the bezel allow for flat panel mounting/wiring. 3D Printing vs. machining these bezels saves a lot of time and money keeping proposals very competitive.
We printed this T-700 engine model for a Navy customer
with a laser cured resin. In spite of it being only 7 inches long, even
the finest details are evident on the model.
This was a test of our laser etch capabilities on aluminum.
3D Printed bone screw... Oversized for demonstration at
trade shows. This assembly was printed in laser cured resin and
functions just as it would in the body.
3D Printed Valve for General Dynamics Electric Boat submarine trainer.
